Referral Reward Structure & Milestone Reward Policy

AKJ Academy Referral Reward Program

• By submitting a referral, the participant confirms that they have permission to share the referred learner’s name and mobile number with AKJ Academy for counselling and admission-related communication.
• Participants shall not make any false or misleading claims, unauthorized offers, or misuse the AKJ Academy name, logo, course materials, or promotional content. Any such activity may lead to disqualification from the Referral Reward Program.
• Referral rewards are applicable only for direct referrals made by the participant. Indirect or subsequent referrals made by referred learners shall not be eligible for any reward or milestone benefit.
• AKJ Academy Referral Reward Program is a single-level referral program. Rewards shall be applicable only for the participant’s direct referrals. No reward shall be payable on indirect, chain, or multi-level referrals.
• In case multiple participants refer the same learner, the first successfully verified referral recorded by AKJ Academy shall be considered valid.
• Any tax liability or statutory compliance applicable under prevailing laws shall be the responsibility of the participant, wherever applicable.Referral Reward Structure & Milestone Reward Policy

1. Referral Reward Calculation Policy

The referral reward shall be calculated based on the Final Net Eligible Course Fee paid by the referred student after applying all eligible discounts.

• Rewards increase progressively for every ₹2,000 fee slab as per the approved Referral Reward Structure.
• The applicable reward shall be determined according to the fee slab in which the final paid course fee falls.
• For future course fees exceeding the highest slab mentioned below, the same progressive calculation pattern shall continue unless otherwise revised by AKJ Academy.
• Cashback shall be transferred through UPI only after successful verification of the eligible referral.
• Only paid and verified admissions shall be considered for referral rewards.

2. Referral Reward Structure

Referral Reward is calculated at ₹100 UPI Cashback for every completed ₹2,000 of the Final Net Eligible Course Fee (starting from ₹2,999).

Thereafter: The same progressive reward structure shall continue for every additional ₹2,000 fee slab, unless otherwise revised or notified by AKJ Academy.

3. Referral Reward Terms & Conditions

• Applicable only on full-time paid AKJ Academy batches, including Foundation, Super Scholar, UGC NET, JRF, State SET, Assistant Professor, and Crash Courses.
• Not applicable on Test Series, Workshops, Short-Term Courses, or Additional Study Programs, unless officially announced by AKJ Academy.
• The referred candidate must complete the official Referral Reward Program Google Form or register the referral through the AKJ Academy Team before admission.
• Only paid and successfully verified admissions shall be considered eligible for referral rewards.
• Each successful and eligible admission shall qualify for one referral reward only. Multiple successful referrals shall be rewarded individually, subject to the program terms and conditions.
• A 15-day lock-in period shall apply from the date of admission. Referral rewards shall become eligible only after successful completion of the lock-in period, provided there is no cancellation, refund, batch transfer, batch swap, or any other modification affecting the admission.
• Cashback shall be transferred only through the registered UPI ID of the referrer.
• It is mandatory for every participant to comply with all Program Policies, Terms & Conditions, Verification Guidelines, and Eligibility Criteria to claim any referral reward or milestone reward.
• AKJ Academy reserves the right to verify, approve, reject, modify, suspend, or discontinue any referral reward claim in case of discrepancy, misuse, fraudulent activity, or policy violation.

4. Milestone Bonus Reward Policy

In addition to the standard Referral Reward, participants can unlock Milestone Bonus Rewards based on their Cumulative Eligible Referral Revenue.

• Milestones shall be calculated based on the total cumulative verified referral revenue generated by the participant.
• Where a milestone offers a gadget, the participant may choose either the gadget or the equivalent UPI Referral Reward, wherever applicable.
• Milestone rewards shall be processed only after successful verification of all eligible referrals by AKJ Academy.
• AKJ Academy reserves the right to verify cumulative referral revenue before approving any milestone reward.

5. Milestone Bonus Reward Structure

Participants shall receive only the highest milestone reward achieved. Previous milestone rewards shall not be claimed separately.

Example:

If a participant achieves:

• ₹25,000 ✅
• ₹50,000 ✅
• ₹1,00,000 ✅
• ₹3,00,000 ✅

They will receive only the ₹3,00,000 milestone reward, not all the previous milestone rewards together.

Similarly, if they later achieve ₹5,00,000, they will receive only the ₹5,00,000 milestone reward, not the ₹3,00,000 reward again.

• If a participant has already claimed a lower milestone reward and subsequently becomes eligible for a higher milestone, only the difference in reward value (or the upgraded gadget, wherever applicable) shall be provided. The total milestone benefit shall not exceed the value of the highest eligible milestone.

  UPI Cashback redemption requests shall be processed within 7–15 working days after successful verification and approval by AKJ Academy.

Eligible Referral Revenue

• “Eligible Referral Revenue” means the final net course fee actually received by AKJ Academy from an eligible admission after applying all applicable discounts, coupons, scholarships, and promotional offers, excluding any refunded amount, cancelled admission, taxes (if applicable), payment gateway charges (if applicable), and any amount declared ineligible under this program.

Eligible Admission Criteria

• Only the first eligible full-time batch admission of the referred student shall be considered for Referral Reward and Milestone calculations. Subsequent extensions, renewals, upgrades, or additional purchases by the same referred student shall not be counted unless officially notified by AKJ Academy.

EMI Admission Policy

• Admissions purchased through EMI or installment payment plans shall be considered eligible for Referral Rewards and Milestone calculations only after the student has successfully completed the full course fee payment.

Gadget Reward Policy

• The gadget model, brand, and specifications shall be decided by AKJ Academy based on availability.
• Participants shall not be entitled to demand any specific brand, model, color, or configuration.
• If the announced gadget is unavailable, AKJ Academy may provide an equivalent or management-approved alternative of similar value.
• Participants may choose either the eligible gadget or the officially announced UPI Cashback alternative mentioned in the Milestone Reward Structure. Once the choice is submitted and approved, it cannot be changed.
• Gadget rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, resold through AKJ Academy, or converted into any other cash value except the officially declared UPI Cashback alternative.
• Warranty, after-sales service, and product support shall be provided solely by the respective manufacturer in accordance with its standard warranty policy.
• The final approval, procurement, and distribution of all gadget rewards shall be subject to AKJ Academy Management verification and availability.
