1. Introduction

Welcome to the AKJ Academy Referral Rewards Program (“Program”), an initiative by AKJ Academy Pvt. Ltd. designed to reward eligible participants who refer genuine learners to AKJ Academy.

The purpose of this Program is to encourage members of the AKJ Academy community to help aspiring learners discover quality educational opportunities while earning rewards for successful referrals.

Participation in this Program is voluntary and subject to the terms outlined in this Policy.

This Program operates on a single-level referral model, where participants earn rewards only for learners directly referred by them. The Program does not involve multi-level marketing (MLM), direct selling, pyramid schemes, recruitment commissions, investment opportunities, or guaranteed income.

By registering for or participating in the Referral Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, as well as any other applicable policies published by AKJ Academy.

AKJ Academy reserves the right to verify participant information, approve or reject applications, modify the Program, or discontinue the Program at any time in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

AKJ Academy refers to AKJ Academy Pvt. Ltd., the organizer and operator of the Referral Rewards Program.
Participant means an individual whose application to join the Referral Rewards Program has been approved by AKJ Academy.
Referral ID means the unique identification number assigned to an approved Participant.
Referral Coupon Code means the unique coupon code issued by AKJ Academy to an approved Participant for referring eligible learners.
Referred Learner means a new learner who enrolls in an eligible AKJ Academy course using a valid Referral Coupon Code or through an officially verified referral.
Successful Referral means a referral that results in a verified paid admission to an eligible course and meets all requirements of this Policy.
Eligible Course means any course or program specifically notified by AKJ Academy as eligible under the Referral Rewards Program.
Reward means any incentive, benefit, AKJ Credits, cash reward (where applicable), merchandise, certificate, or other benefit offered by AKJ Academy under this Program.
Policy means this Referral Rewards Program Policy, including any amendments, updates, or related guidelines published by AKJ Academy from time to time.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the AKJ Academy Referral Rewards Program, applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally competent to enter into this agreement under applicable laws.
Be an existing AKJ Academy student, alumnus/alumna, parent/guardian of a student, or any other individual approved by AKJ Academy.
Complete the official Referral Rewards Program registration form with accurate and complete information.
Successfully complete the required identity verification (KYC), if requested by AKJ Academy.
Accept this Referral Rewards Program Policy and all applicable Terms & Conditions.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate unless specifically authorized by AKJ Academy:

Employees, consultants, or authorized sales representatives of AKJ Academy.
Individuals providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration.
Individuals previously suspended or disqualified from the Referral Rewards Program.
Any person found to be involved in fraudulent, unethical, or unlawful activities related to the Program.

Participation in the Program is subject to verification and approval by AKJ Academy. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee approval. AKJ Academy reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke any participant’s registration at its sole discretion if it believes participation is not in the best interest of the Program or violates this Policy.

4. Registration & Verification

To participate in the AKJ Academy Referral Rewards Program, applicants must complete the official registration process through the designated registration form available on the AKJ Academy website or other authorized channels.

As part of the registration process, applicants may be required to provide:

Personal details, including full name and contact information.
AKJ Academy course or enrollment details (if applicable).
Valid identity documents for KYC verification.
Any additional information requested by AKJ Academy for verification purposes.

All information submitted must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in rejection of the application or permanent disqualification from the Program.

After successful verification and approval, AKJ Academy will issue the participant:

A unique Referral ID; and
A unique Referral Coupon Code.

Participants may begin referring learners only after receiving confirmation of their approval from AKJ Academy.

AKJ Academy reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke any registration if it determines that the applicant does not meet the eligibility requirements or has violated this Policy.

5. Referral Process & Referral Coupon Policy

After approval, each Participant will receive a unique Referral Coupon Code to share with prospective learners.

To make a valid referral:

Share your Referral Coupon Code with a prospective learner.
The referred learner must use the Referral Coupon Code while purchasing an eligible AKJ Academy course or provide it to the admissions team before completing the admission process.
The referred learner must successfully complete admission to an eligible course.
AKJ Academy will verify the referral and determine eligibility for rewards in accordance with this Policy.

Each Referral Coupon Code is unique and intended for use by the approved Participant only. Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and proper use of their Referral Coupon Code.

A referral shall be considered valid only if the Referral Coupon Code is successfully recorded by AKJ Academy during the admission process. AKJ Academy shall not be responsible for referrals where the coupon code is not provided or cannot be verified.

Referral rewards are applicable only for new learners who are not already enrolled in the same eligible course through AKJ Academy.

AKJ Academy reserves the right to invalidate any referral where there is evidence of misuse, duplication, fraud, or any violation of this Policy.

The Referral Coupon Code remains the property of AKJ Academy and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of AKJ Academy.

6. Rewards & Verification

Participants become eligible for referral rewards only after a Successful Referral has been verified by AKJ Academy.

A Successful Referral generally requires that:

The referred learner has enrolled in an eligible course.
The applicable course fee has been successfully received by AKJ Academy.
The Referral Coupon Code has been successfully recorded and verified.
All eligibility requirements under this Policy have been satisfied.
The admission has not been cancelled, refunded, or found to be in violation of this Policy.

Reward amounts, reward types, eligibility criteria, and promotional offers shall be governed by the official Reward Structure published by AKJ Academy from time to time.

AKJ Academy reserves the right to verify all referrals before approving any reward. Verification may include identity verification, payment verification, duplicate checks, fraud prevention checks, and any other review considered necessary by AKJ Academy.

Reward processing may take a reasonable period after successful verification. Where applicable, AKJ Academy may place rewards on hold until the verification process is completed.

If a referred admission is cancelled, refunded, reversed, found to be fraudulent, or subsequently determined to be ineligible, the associated reward may be withheld, cancelled, or recovered by AKJ Academy.

The decision of AKJ Academy regarding referral verification, reward eligibility, and reward approval shall be final and binding.

7. Participant Responsibilities

By participating in the AKJ Academy Referral Rewards Program, each Participant agrees to:

Share the Referral Coupon Code only for the purpose of referring genuine prospective learners to AKJ Academy.
Obtain the referred learner’s consent before sharing their contact details with AKJ Academy.
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and referral submissions.
Represent AKJ Academy honestly and professionally without making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims regarding courses, fees, faculty, examination results, placements, or rewards.
Ensure that all referrals comply with this Policy and any other guidelines issued by AKJ Academy from time to time.
Keep their Referral ID and Referral Coupon Code secure and immediately notify AKJ Academy of any suspected misuse.
Cooperate with AKJ Academy during any verification or review process related to referrals or rewards.

Participants shall not collect course fees, promise admissions, guarantee examination success, offer unauthorized discounts, or enter into any agreement on behalf of AKJ Academy unless expressly authorized in writing.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination from the Referral Rewards Program.

8. Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity of the AKJ Academy Referral Rewards Program, Participants must not engage in any activity that is fraudulent, misleading, unethical, or in violation of this Policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Referring yourself or attempting to obtain rewards through self-referrals.
Creating duplicate, fake, or multiple accounts to earn referral rewards.
Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or referral submissions.
Sharing another Participant’s Referral Coupon Code or misusing any Referral ID or Coupon Code.
Making false promises, misleading advertisements, or guaranteeing admission, examination success, job placement, or rewards on behalf of AKJ Academy.
Collecting course fees, accepting payments, or acting as an authorized representative of AKJ Academy without prior written approval.
Using spam messages, bulk messaging, fake social media accounts, or any unethical marketing practices to generate referrals.
Engaging in fraudulent activities, identity theft, document forgery, or any unlawful conduct.
Attempting to manipulate the Referral Rewards Program, reward calculations, or verification process.

AKJ Academy reserves the right to reject any referral, withhold or cancel rewards, suspend or permanently terminate a Participant’s account, and take appropriate legal action if any prohibited activity or misuse of the Program is detected.

9. Privacy, KYC & Tax Compliance

AKJ Academy is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all Participants.

As part of the Referral Rewards Program, Participants may be required to provide identity verification documents, including but not limited to Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or other documents requested by AKJ Academy for verification purposes.

The information and documents collected may be used for:

Participant identity verification (KYC)
Referral and reward verification
Fraud prevention and security
Communication related to the Program
Processing of rewards and applicable tax compliance
Compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Where required under applicable laws, AKJ Academy may request additional information, deduct applicable taxes, or withhold rewards until the required compliance formalities are completed.

AKJ Academy will take reasonable measures to protect Participants’ personal information and will use such information only for purposes related to the administration of the Referral Rewards Program, unless disclosure is required by law or with the Participant’s consent.

10. Program Changes, Suspension & Termination

AKJ Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Rewards Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice where necessary for operational, legal, security, or business reasons.

AKJ Academy may also revise this Policy, the Reward Structure, eligibility criteria, Referral Coupon Code rules, reward processing timelines, or any other aspect of the Program from time to time. Any such changes shall become effective upon publication on the official AKJ Academy website or through other official communication channels.

AKJ Academy may suspend or terminate a Participant’s registration, Referral ID, Referral Coupon Code, or eligibility to receive rewards if the Participant:

Violates this Policy or any applicable terms and conditions.
Submits false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Engages in any prohibited activity or misuse of the Program.
Attempts to manipulate the referral or reward process.
Fails to comply with verification or legal requirements.

In the event of suspension or termination, AKJ Academy may cancel pending or unpaid rewards related to any ineligible or fraudulent referrals.

The decision of AKJ Academy regarding the administration, interpretation, suspension, or termination of the Program shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.

11. Disclaimer, Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Participation in the AKJ Academy Referral Rewards Program does not guarantee admission for any referred learner or guarantee approval of any referral reward. All referrals, admissions, and rewards are subject to verification and compliance with this Policy.

AKJ Academy reserves the right to determine the eligibility of referrals, verify supporting information, and approve, reject, withhold, modify, or cancel any reward where it reasonably believes that the requirements of this Policy have not been satisfied or where fraud, misuse, or policy violations are identified.

If a Participant believes that a referral or reward has been incorrectly processed, they may submit a written request for review through the official support channels within 30 days of the relevant decision. AKJ Academy will review the request and communicate its decision within a reasonable timeframe.

This Referral Rewards Program shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise required under applicable law.

By registering for or participating in the AKJ Academy Referral Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Referral Rewards Program Policy.

Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of the latest version of this Policy, including any amendments or updates published by AKJ Academy from time to time.
